Both the native structure of the compound and the inhibiting sticking is stabilized by the high concentration buffer. The scientists never oxygenate the sample buffer. It is a mandatory process where the biotechnology researchers maintain hygiene by wearing gloves is wore for every researcher since protein itself can be contaminated. This is because our skin contains chemical called proteases. If proteases come in contact with protein, the latter will run the risk of getting degraded. Consequently, the protein activity will be destroyed.
